In this piece, titled Job Satisfaction, Fuller has integrated a piece of merchandise, a baseball cap of brokerage companies, into the canvas. Fuller explores the fascination in the media about office and corporate drama, using elements that have become symbols of that culture. The colour palette for this work and the other pieces in the show was based on the office carpet blue, which is a recurring colour present in the workplace representation by the media. With this choice, Fuller sought to shift from her paintings' previous aesthetics, where the green prevailed, and move away from the Eastern European imagery and narrative she previously focused on.
