Jemma Egan's work uses objects to contemplate our particular moment in time, investigating ideas and languages of production, consumption, labour and taste. She engages with subjects in a way that considers the terms of their existence within the world. Recent solo exhibitions include Family Member at Lily Brooke; Turning to Dust at Assembly Point and It means more to me than most people at the Zabludowicz Collection. She graduated from MA Sculpture at The Royal College of Art in 2015.
